Member Application

Member Requirements:

1. We prefer members to be at least 21 years of age but those applying that are under 21 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for membership with GMPRG.

2. Members are required to complete and sign several forms prior to attending any interviews or investigations. These forms include but are not limited to:
            A. GMPRG Confidentiality Agreement
            B. GMPRG Liability Agreement
            C. GMPRG Drug Form
            D. GMPRG Emergency Contact Form
            E. GMPRG Equipment Policy
            F. GMPRG Member Requirements & Codes of Conduct

3. Members must notify the Founder (Jean) no later than 24 hours prior to any meeting, investigation or event if they are unable to attend.

4. Members will be required to attend at least one (1) meeting per month. (we understand things come up and if you know you will be unable to attend the month's meeting please contact Jean as soon as possible)

We understand that there may be time or date conflicts sometimes. We try to arrange the meetings for all members to be available to attend whenever possible.

There will be a 30-day probationary period for all perspective members. This is a time for current members of GMPRG to get to know you and for you to get to know the other members. During this time you may decide to leave the group or GMPRG may decide that you are not a good fit for the group. Please be re-assured that if either happens, any information that GMPRG has obtained about you or from you will be destroyed.

All members will be required to complete several forms and return the completed forms to the Founder. These forms will be given/e-mailed to you once you are accepted into the group and must be completed before a member can take part in any investigation.
