Greater Midwest Paranormal Research Group was started July of 2007. The group was founded by two people: Jean W. and Eric W. who's passion for finding the truth about the paranormal was very impressive.
The two of them founded the group, got a bunch of equipment together, gathered many people with many different qualities about them together, and started seeking the truth. Along the way, Jean and Eric both trained, and mentored many young and old through the group. Some moved on, some are still with us today.
Jean and Eric have done fantastic things for/with people. All in the name of helping people, of course with quite a bit of evidence to go along with it.
As the group progressed, D.W. joined the group in 2008 shortly becoming the head of the audio department. His attention to detail, and a keen ear made him one of the foremost leaders in EVPs in our group. Along with his responsibilities as head of audio, he also took under his wing several key members, and taught them the ropes of audio-work.
In 2010, Jean stepped down as leader of GMPRG. D.W. had been interested in undertaking the group when Jean had stepped down. D.W. is now the leader of the group, taking great pride in his ability to chose great team members, as well as his training of those members, and his unprecedented passion for helping people.
The team has taken leaps and bounds in all aspects of the field since D.W. has taken over. Technologically, we have become one fierce competitor in paranormal evidence. Members have been trained according to strict guidelines of GMPRG, and all of our members have the same dedication, and motivation D.W. has shown to all of our clients.
Now in 2011, GMPRG has taken yet more steps to set us apart from your normal Paranormal group. First and foremost, the custom-made live video feed complete with Interactive video, audio, and chat has become available. Although as of July, 2011 a live video broadcast has not been completed. This cutting edge technology will allow visitors to see, hear, and discuss the ongoing investigation as it is happening. Chat with an elite member of GMPRG, along with hearing and seeing new techniques for investigating.
GMPRG is also pleased to announce that in 2011, we have partnered up with the well known website and crew of Haunted Wisconsin.com. This group has been leading all aspects of bringing you information that has up-to-date information every day. We're pleased to be in association with this group, as it will further aid in paranormal investigations, and allow the general public to get a peek at what REALLY entails a successful investigation... GMPRG has been all around the country helping people in need. There is no place too far to travel, nor a story too scary for us to come and investigate.
